Health Denied is a short, powerful documentary about the disastrous health situation in Gaza during the ongoing Israeli war against the Gazan people. It shows how the Israeli war machine is targeting workers and health services throughout the Gaza Strip, in flagrant violation of international humanitarian law.. The systematic attacks on the Palestinian health system over the last six months, which have led to the deaths of dozens of Palestinian health workers on duty, have been denounced by the United Nations and the WHO, but to no avail. Working in the health sector in Gaza means putting your life at risk. This documentary bears witness to this and pays tribute to those who put their lives on the line for the Palestinian people.
