Of course, we cannot verify whether a visitor to our website is over 16 years of age. We therefore advise parents to be involved in their children's online activities in order to prevent their children's data from being processed without parental consent. Our retention period is a maximum of five years after the last recorded contact (such as sending a newsletter, a telephone call, etc.), unless there is a legal obligation to retain certain data for longer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Share with others<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Viva Salud will only share your data with others in the following circumstances:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\nbecause we use a third party for technical reasons (e.g. web hosting, CRM software, etc.); ; \n\t\n\t<\/li><li>\nif it is necessary for the performance of our agreements with you; ; \n\t\n<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We never pass on personal data to other parties with whom we do not have a processing agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We will not disclose the data you have provided to us to third parties, except to comply with a legal obligation, such as our declaration to the SPF Finance regarding tax certificates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mapping out a site visit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Viva Salud does not track your visit to our website. Viva Salud uses technological tools such as cookies on its websites vivasalud.be, acties.vivasalud.be and actions.vivasalud.be to analyse traffic on the website and to ensure that it functions properly during your visit, for example by remembering what you have entered in a form, your choice of language, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We share information about the use of our site with social media partners and online analytics tools, but in this case, the data is anonymised.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">View, adapt or destroy data<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data.
