You’ll find Viva Salud again this year at Mundofiesta Square, alongside partners such as Intal and Cubanismo. This year, we’re focusing on international resistance against imperialism. From Palestine to the Congo, from the Philippines to Belgium: everywhere, people are organizing against war, exploitation, and inequality.
Viva Salud welcomes guests from Palestine and the Democratic Republic of the Congo, brings the daily work of our partners to life in an inspiring exhibition, and invites you to dance along to both Congolese and Cuban rumba. We’re also organizing a workshop on the right to protest in the Philippines. In short: there’s plenty to discover, learn, and experience in and around the Viva Salud tent.
To make this weekend a success, we need your help. Behind the bar, at our booth, collecting cups to benefit our partners, during setup or takedown… There’s something for everyone!
Shifts are 2 hours long. If you volunteer for at least 8 hours with Viva Salud, we’ll provide free overnight accommodations nearby !
