Viva Salud is calling for an external evaluator to carry out the final evaluation of its outcome in the Democratic Republic of Congo, as part of the 2022-2026 Joint Programme.
This evaluation will focus on strengthening the social movement for the right to health, in collaboration with local partners. It will analyse the results achieved against the OECD's DAC criteria (relevance, effectiveness, coherence, efficiency, impact and sustainability).
Interested candidates are invited to submit their proposals in accordance with the following guidelines Terms of reference before 15/03/2026.
