Viva Salud and Solidagro are launching a call for an external evaluator to conduct the final evaluation of the Palestine outcome of the Joint Programme 2022–2026, implemented together with FIAN Belgium and Quinoa and co-financed by the Belgian Development Cooperation.
This evaluation will assess the progress and results achieved in strengthening the Palestinian social movement advocating for the right to health and the right to food in the West Bank, East Jerusalem and the Gaza Strip. The evaluation will be based on the OECD DAC criteria (relevance, effectiveness, coherence, efficiency, impact and sustainability).
Interested candidates are invited to submit their proposal in accordance with the attached Terms of Reference before 15 April 2026. Proposals should be sent to Youcef Boughriet : youcef@vivasalud.be.
