A refund request must be submitted within 8 weeks of the date on which the amount was debited from my account. I can obtain information from my bank about the refund and my rights in relation to this mandate.

If the total amount of donations during a calendar year reaches a minimum of €40, we will automatically provide you with a tax certificate during the first quarter of the following year, allowing you to deduct your donation from your taxes.
