Goma: ‘We are living in a state of constant war’

Billy Mwangaza, from our partner organisation Étoile du Sud, reports from Goma. More than a year after the city was taken by rebels from the AFC/M23 coalition, he condemns the violence, the mass displacement of people and the collapse of the healthcare system. Despite the occupation of the city, Billy continues, alongside Étoile du Sud, to organise and resist.
